Advertisers pay invoices online by card or ACH with automatic surcharge compliance. Debit and ACH are exempt by law, and the system applies the rules for you.
Manage Payment Methods
Advertisers add, update, or remove cards on file without giving numbers over the phone. Stored methods sync to the AccountScout payment vault.
Review & Approve Ad Proofs

Proof approval is where the week goes: a PDF emailed out, a reply that does not come, a call to chase it, and the production deadline moving closer the whole time. Here the advertiser opens the ad itself, with the dates it runs and the size it runs at beside it, and answers.
- Approve, or ask for a change, in one place. Change requests come back with comments and file uploads attached instead of as a reply-all thread.
- The order travels with the proof. Ad size, first and last run date, which title it runs in and who sold it are all on the same screen, so nobody has to go and ask.
- The answer lands in AccountScout. Production reads the status off the order, so you know what has cleared and what is still sitting.
